Restoration

This was a bit of a personal project by Edwards Contractors it was the restoration of a Grade 2 listed farm house where we tried to keep all the existing character and charm of the existing building but upgrade the non existing insulation using Wood fibre wall insulation, Lime plaster, Sympathetic Double glazing, Wood fibre Warm Roof, Under floor Heating Designed to run with a flow Temperature of 35 deg and ground source heat pump. The project caught the attention of Channel 4 and was featured on the Restoration Man with George Clarke the whole project was Designed managed by Edwards Contractors using there Building and carpentry sub Contractors
